Acceptable Use Policy

• Do not configure rate rules or risk factors that discriminate unlawfully, including on religion, caste, gender or disability.
• Do not use rates, discounts or wording that misrepresent the cover or service being offered.
• Only quote products and services you are licensed or authorised to sell.

Customer-facing breakdown wording must reflect what each line actually represents. Do not relabel fees or loadings to hide their nature, or present manual overrides as standard rates.

• Only enter personal data you have a lawful basis to collect for quoting.
• Do not upload data about people who have not asked for a quote or service.
• Do not use quote links to send unsolicited bulk messages.

• Do not attempt to access other workspaces or bypass role-based permissions.
• Do not probe, scan or load-test the Service without written agreement.
• Do not resell or white-label the Service without an agreement that allows it.

We may ask you to correct the issue, pause specific forms or links, or suspend a workspace where there is risk to customers or the Service. Where possible we will explain the reason and give you time to fix it first.
