Cancellation & Refunds

Workspace owners can cancel from workspace settings, or by writing to us through the contact page using the existing customer support option. We confirm every cancellation by email.

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing month and no further charges are made. Partial months are not refunded.

• Cancel within 14 days of the start of a new annual term for a full refund of that term.
• After 14 days, access continues to the end of the paid term and the plan does not renew.
• Where an annual plan is ended because of a material failure of the Service on our side, we refund the unused portion.

Fees for rate book import or guided onboarding cover work carried out on your behalf. Once that work has started, these fees are not refundable, except for any portion not yet performed.

You can export quotes, breakdowns, rate book versions and audit logs until access ends. After that, the workspace is closed and data is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, normally within 7 to 10 business days of approval. Bank processing times may add to this.
