Quote-to-Policy Workflow
The yes should not start another round of paperwork.
When a customer accepts, everything they already told you moves forward: into the proposal, the payment request and the policy or service order. Nobody retypes a single field.

Capabilities
What you get out of the box
Proposals that fill themselves
Intake answers, the chosen cover and the accepted breakdown populate the proposal form. The customer only adds what the quote did not need, such as nominee details or chassis number.
Payment links
Send a payment request for the exact accepted amount, tied to the quote reference.
Status at a glance
Every quote shows where it is: accepted, proposal sent, paid or issued.
Webhooks and API
Push accepted quotes to your policy administration system, CRM or job scheduler.
Exports when you need them
CSV and PDF exports for insurers and partners that still work from files.
How it runs
What happens after the customer says yes.
Each stage keeps a link to the original quote and breakdown, so the policy record always shows how the price was reached.
- Step 01
Accept
The customer accepts from the quote link, or the agent marks it accepted on the call.
- Step 02
Propose
A prefilled proposal or service order is generated, with only the remaining fields left to complete.
- Step 03
Pay
A payment link for the accepted amount is sent. The quote status updates when payment lands.
- Step 04
Issue
Details pass to your policy or order system. The breakdown is attached to the final record.
