Capabilities

What you get out of the box

Only the questions your rates actually use

Every intake field is mapped to a rule input. If a question does not move the price or the eligibility decision, it does not need to be on the form, which keeps most intakes to a handful of steps.

Conditional questions

Show the modification question only if the vehicle is modified, or the floor question only for installation jobs above the ground floor.

Agent desk mode

A keyboard-first layout for agents quoting while the customer is on the line.

Customer self-serve link

Send the same intake as a link. Customers finish it on their phone and land on a priced, explained quote.

Eligibility checks up front

Cases your rules cannot quote are stopped with a clear reason and routed for review, instead of producing a misleading number.

How it runs

From blank form to live quote.

Set up once per line of business. Every agent and every shared link then quotes from the same form.

  1. Step 01

    Pick the line

Start from a template for private car, two-wheeler, home, shopkeeper or a service catalogue, or from a blank form.

  2. Step 02

    Map fields to rules

Link each answer to the rate book input it feeds, such as vehicle class to base rate or claims count to risk band.

  3. Step 03

    Preview with real cases

Run a few past quotes through the form to confirm the figures match what your team would have calculated.

  4. Step 04

    Publish

The form goes live on the agent desk and as a shareable link. Changes are versioned like your rates.

Questions

Asked by teams like yours

How long should an intake form be?
As short as your rate book allows. Most personal lines need between four and eight answers to price. Anything that does not change the price or the eligibility decision can move to the proposal stage after the quote is accepted.
Can customers fill in the form themselves?
Yes. Every intake can be shared as a link. The customer sees the same questions your agents use, and the resulting quote appears in your workspace attached to that customer.
What happens if an answer falls outside our rules?
The engine does not guess. It stops the quote, shows the reason, and routes the case to the reviewer you have assigned for that line.
Do we need a developer to build forms?
No. Forms are built in the workspace by whoever owns pricing. Developers only get involved if you want to embed the form inside your own website or app.
